Kids, Am I Right?
As a parent, you know that raising kids is hard work. You're eager to create moments of joy for your kids and your family even if those moments are crammed in between temper tantrums (yours and theirs!), daily trips to and from practices, lessons, and appointments, and a seemingly endless stream of parenting to-dos. Life comes at you fast, and your kids are growing and changing in every moment. It can feel overwhelming because it is overwhelming. And just when things seem to be falling into place, the next change happens and you're dealing with the next growth phase (yours and theirs!). It's enough to make you say, Kids, am I right?
Parenting is hard. And today the work of parenting is more difficult than ever. The world has changed. And your kids are not you.
If you have ever wondered if you’re doing it right, or if you sometimes lose your joy of parenting or feel disconnected from your kids, you’re in good company.
Kids, Am I Right will help you keep up with and think through 21st-century parenting for 21st-century kids, all while loving your life more and experiencing more joy from parenting.
Each week, Cheryl will introduce you to other parents, experts, authors, and thought leaders who will help us all deepen our understanding of a topic or gain a unique perspective about a parenting topic/issue.
You’ll gain some knowledge, take away a few new ideas, and enjoy a fun conversation with three parents who’ve experienced some of the same difficulties parenting their kids as you have. So grab a coffee or a glass of wine and tune in.
Oh, and tell your friends.
